Cancellation Policy

Payments. All payments for coaching services are due in advance before any session is scheduled. Price for services is set with Client at a market rate, determined by Coach. a. Accepted Payment Methods: Payments must be made via PayPal, Stripe, or another method agreed upon by Coach and Client. b. Non-Refundable Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Refunds will not be issued for missed, canceled within 72 hours, or unused sessions unless explicitly agreed to in writing by Colorful Minds Parent Coaching LLC or as outlined below. c. Failure to Pay: Failure to complete payment in full will result in a suspension of services and cancellation of appointment until the balance is cleared. a. Refunds / Cancellations by the Client. The time of our Coaches is valuable. Canceled appointments require a minimum of 72 hours' notice or are subject to your session fee being forfeited, except as agreed upon by the Coach (For example: in the case of emergency or severe illness/injury). You may cancel your package within 30 days of your first session and received a 50% refund of the remaining package sessions. Any sessions paid in advance (package purchase) are not refunded if you choose not to continue coaching for any reason after the 30 day cancellation window. b. Missed Appointment (No Notice). If the Client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded. c. Rescheduling (With Notice). Sessions may be rescheduled any time prior to the 72-hour cutoff without incurring additional costs. These appointments may be rescheduled without penalty or loss of appointment. *Chronic cancellations 3 or more in 30 days will incur a forfeiture of one session (not subject to refund) on the third cancellation or attempt to reschedule. Prior to the start of coaching services all clients will complete a liability waiver which outlines the above.
